Donors are requested to carefully read, acknowledge, and accept the following terms and conditions before proceeding with any donation to Educational and Social Development Trust (ESDT).

1. Online Donation Channels
   Donations to ESDT can be made securely through our official websites: www.esdt.co.in 

2. Eligibility Criteria
   You are eligible to make a donation to ESDT if:
   (i) You are 18 years of age or older, and
   (ii) You are a company, proprietorship, trust, society or any other entity duly registered/incorporated under the laws of India; or an Indian National residing in India or a Non-Resident Indian (NRI).

3. Data Protection Commitment
   ESDT is committed to safeguarding the information you provide during the donation process. Your personal data is handled securely and with confidentiality.

4. Acknowledgement of Donation
   Upon successful completion of your donation, you will receive an official acknowledgment via email from our finance/accounts team.

5. Nature of Donations
   Donations to ESDT are voluntary and do not entitle the donor to any goods, services, positions, or other consideration from ESDT.

6. Refund Policy
   Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please double-check all fields and donation amounts before submitting your payment.

7. Accepted Payment Methods
   ESDT accepts all Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards issued in India only.
   Your credit/debit card details are collected only by the secure payment gateway and are not stored by ESDT.

8. Liability Disclaimer
   ESDT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from the decline of authorization or technical issues during payment.

9. Information Collected
   The following donor details are collected and securely maintained:

   • Full Name

   • Address

   • Date of Birth

   • Phone/Mobile Number

   • Email Address

   • Donation Amount

   • PAN Number/Copy

   • AADHAAR Number/Copy

   These details are used solely for:
   (a) Processing donations and providing receipts
   (b) Maintaining accurate financial records for audit
   (c) Sharing occasional updates relevant to ESDT’s work

10. Policy Modifications
    ESDT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on www.esdt.co.in .

11. Donor Nationality Restriction
    Donations are accepted only from Indian Nationals, Non-Resident Indians, and entities registered in India with Indian bank accounts and/or Indian-issued debit/credit cards.

12. Third-Party Websites
    By making a donation, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant bank or payment gateway. ESDT is not responsible for the handling of your personal information by third-party websites and disclaims any liability in this regard.

13. Technical Issues
    ESDT is not liable for any loss arising due to network failure, server issues, payment gateway malfunction, or other technical disruptions beyond its control. Disputes related to transaction failures must be addressed directly with your bank or the payment service provider.

14. Use of Funds
    All donations received are utilized in accordance with ESDT’s mission and the strategic decisions of the Board of Trustees.

15. Jurisdiction
    These terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jharkhand, India.
